The interview process started with an initial phone interview and an in-person interview (optional remote). The entire process was short, but to hear back regarding an offer took about a month after the month of interviews.
The in person interview consisted of:
1 hour 30 min interview (30 min presentation about your background, 30 min behavioral, 30 min technical with questions from leadership, but not leetcode, more so behavioral technical)

- They go into explaining the role (hybrid, 2 days in, 3 days remote)
- Tell me about your background?
- Tell me why did you apply to this role?
- Any experience in frontend development? Explain that.
- How did you use FHIR and HL7 in the role you currently are doing?
- What coding languages have you used?
First interview was a phone interview with manager about experience and past projects. Second and final interview was with panel of team and managers asking technical questions (no white boarding)
