Interview
The entire process was done at the site I be working at in the future. The length of the entire process was all day (~8.5 to 9 hrs). There were a total of 10 people that involved in the interview. The majority of them were one-on-one with a few interviews being two-on-one. I had to make a 20 min presentation on a subject that I had worked on previously. The topic was of my choice that was suggested to the original employer that invited me to the interview. Half of the interviews were over the phone while the remaining were in person. Taken to lunch after the presentation with a few newer employees where they asked additional questions that were used later on in the day to address any concerns that I had with the company.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview focused primarily on my previous work experience, my short-term and long-term career goals, and how my background aligned with the role. The interviewers asked me to discuss my past responsibilities, relevant skills, and professional achievements. Since the position was relatively entry-level, the conversation was fairly straightforward and conversational rather than highly technical. A significant portion of the interview was spent answering my questions about the role, including the day-to-day responsibilities, team structure, expectations, and opportunities for growth within the company.
Had an initial, quick HR phone call with standard questions to check against my resume followed by in person interview at office with 20 min presentation. Presentation questions were non-technical, mostly focused on the big picture, application, and methods.
The interview process was smooth and the interviewers were friendly . There is really not much technical questions. I had one phone screen and one in person interview, the in-person interview took a whole day.
