I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Geosyntec Consultants (Huntington Beach, CA) in May 2015
Interview
It was a day long interview where I met with 4 different individuals. Each took about an hr or more to interview and ask their own questions. One person was really technical while the others were more concerned with behavioural questions. They asked about some of my coursework such as Darcy's Law and Henry's Law. They had called all my references and told me what they had said about me. They asked me why I left my last job.
