I interviewed at Geosyntec Consultants (Huntington Beach, CA)
Interview
Went smooth, interview team consisted of mid to senior level engineers. Technical background as well as interpersonal skills were discussed. Available projects and current state of practice seemed interesting. However felt a little uneasy about the work environment
I applied online. I interviewed at Geosyntec Consultants in Jun 2021
Interview
After submitting resume the first step was the career path discussion session (phone conversation) with the hiring manager. Given that, both parties are satisfied with their respective expectations, a whole day on-site interview happened where there were 10 one to one 30-minute interviews and a research presentation. I would say the interview process was transparent and I was very happy with their hospitality and their try to make me comfortable in all aspects
