Interview
I applied through Indeed and then received a phone screening a few weeks later. After the screening I had an hour and half interview panel with six current employees. A week or two later I had a final interview and was presented with offer at the end.
First round interview was via Teams, focused more on soft skills rather than hard skills. Second round was in person, took 4 hours to meet with all the team members. Everyone was really friendly, the entire hiring process took a little over a month.

Very relaxed, friendly, general questions about myself and my background and what types of environments I liked to work in. First interview was very straightforward and through Microsoft teams. They scheduled it pretty far out though and didn’t seem very rushed.
