Interview process was pretty straight forward. Initial screening interview with their internal recruiter, then interview with the would be manager, then interview with a would be team member and another contributor.

They asked me to explain a challenging situation in a previous job and how I navigated it.
I submitted an application through a contact. They sent my resume to the appropriate contact, who reached out to me directly for a phone interview. They requested i apply online. Then I had coffee with the hiring manager and a more direct peer/mentor. Then it was an in-office interview including meeting the office, delivering a technical presentation to SMEs in office and across the country via Teams and receiving some difficult technical questions. Then we spoke specifics and a week or so later, I was made an offer.
