Geosyntec Consultants HR-Position interview questions

Very thorough - 4 rounds of interviews. Interviewers had strong backgrounds and clearly very skilled/competent. Sold the role well and feel they were honest about the challenges the role came with. During an interview ice breaker I was asked by the interviewer to give them my best 'g-day' (a common informal greeting in Australia). In combination with another piece of feedback I received which was that another candidate was 'just more Australian' than me, made me wonder about the level of conscious/unconscious bias towards Australian born candidates in the recruitment process. This could have been innocent, but language people use if often indicative of their state of mind.
