There is typically an initial phone/video call with the hiring manager, and then a second interview in-person with multiple interviews of different people, as well as a lunch-time presentation that you give, often on a big project or research you have done.

Meet with Regional Leadership and National subject matter experts over the phone and in person. Virtual interviews with other Regional Leads. A total of five hours between the above phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
