Pretty normal interview process. Walked through the shop and got shown around. Talked about the pay scale and job expectations and work load and schedule. Pretty standard stuff for an interview

Easy - I knew the manager prior to applying. A few questions - explained what they look for. Met production manager, when they still existed. Very easy and down to earth.

I was given a phone interview first. We spoke for about 25 minutes. I was then invited to meet in person over lunch. The manager went over the basics of pay plans and assessed my fitment for the position. He also described the current situation in the company. He was very helpful and answered my questions.
