I interviewed with GMF in September 2021. The first step was a phone screening with HR. A week later, I had a zoom interview with the hiring manager. It was all pleasant and straightforward. I was told that I would hear back in “several weeks” but that I could contact them for updates. They reposted the role multiple times on job search websites over the following weeks. I followed up once and they never responded. It’s nearly December now. If a candidate is interviewed multiple times, I believe that they deserve a definitive answer, one way or another. I was surprised that GMF ghosted. It’s rude and unprofessional. GMF is a respected organization, and I expected better treatment from them.
