Started with a coding challenge, then a brief technical phone screen, followed by an onsite. The phone screen had to be delayed 2 hours because the hiring manager got caught up on something, but was around 20 minutes and involved general front end questions. Next day, we scheduled the onsite for 2 weeks after the phone screen because the CTO was on leave. Fast forward to the day before the onsite, and they abruptly cancel the interview, citing that they're suspending the position due to unforeseen circumstances. A bunch of bs if you ask me. Highly unprofessional.
