I submitted my resume online, then had a short phone interview. The next stage of the process was a two hour on-site interview which involved meeting four members of the team. The interviews themselves were very conversational, and Each person made me feel comfortable and didn’t aim to intimidate at all. The next stage was a ‘final round exercise’, and then I came on-site again to meet with the same four people that interviewed me the first time. It was pretty straight forward - they just asked questions about my thought process when completing the exercise. Overall, I had a really positive interview experience. It was always very clear when I would hear back about next steps, and the recruiter was pretty diligent to respond whenever I reached out with any questions.
