Interview
I attended 3 interviews in total with HR, hiring group manager and director. The interviews lasted 3 weeks, with one person per week. The process progressed very quick and smoothly. However, I came across an unfortunate period. At that time, the company stopped hiring worldwide and made some layoffs while I was waiting for their offer. They did not make any further call. (Not even a message. Even though I asked about the situation.).
If you were to develop a new feature, or a new business for software, what would it be and what would it look like? How to decide on a new product or feature and where to start?
The process included a recruiter screening, a skills-based interview, and a final interview with the team lead. Each interviewer was well-prepared and asked insightful questions. I appreciated the timely communication and clear feedback at each step

Hanging...
Typical Recruiter - Team Manager - Hiring Manager interview pipeline. But after the hiring manager phase, they just dont answer anymore. This happened to me twice where I was left in a blank state by the recruiters.
Hr interview and meeting with team members. Friendly team members but unorganized company. Scope of work is not well defined. I didn’t get clear answers to my questions. Questions were standard and predictable.
