I have had two rounds of interviews, with the recruiter and then the hiring team. Both teams ghosted me after the second interview. I found this behavior unprofessional, therefore I now hold a negative view of the company. Bear in mind, this was senior council for North America who interviewed me, so my assumption is that their behavior and ethics are representative of the company.
