They interview you then they will email you at least 2 weeks after to set up the drug screening and then the background check and once all that comes back then they will call you with you start date but I had a face time interview I never came to the facility.

I applied online. A requirter called in the next day and scheduled a vertual interview. After 2 days they called me for second interview after 5 days I had second interview.

Set up a call to ask questions about previous employment. Asked several questions pertaining to find out the type of worker I am. It was pretty smooth process but couldn’t answer why they liked working for the company.
A panel of a few supervisors and lead. Questions were typical, straightforward and short. Asked about how you would handle or resolve a dispute and why you think you would be great for the job.
