Pretty poorly executed process all around. I understand that companies and sales org's tend to go through restructures a fair amount, but the lack of transparency and complete disorganization within the HR department was a bit of a red flag. The process took 3+ months and the HR contact was based in a different city. The amount of times I followed up with them was ridiculous, felt as if I had to remind them to do their job. I don't mind a lengthy interview process but obviously am not a fan of jumping through hoops and wasting time, which is what this ultimately turned out to be. A company that handles it's potential employees in such a manner doesn't provide a favorable preview.
