Applied online and got a call from them the next day to schedule an interview. The interview was scheduled for later that week. It was a fairly relaxed interview and I was offered the job at the end. I had to wait for them to run a background check before I could start orientation. At orientation I had to do a drug test.

What would you do if a child was hanging off the side of a cart and the parent isn't paying attention?
Pretty easy, just a phone interview. Only took me about 8-10 minutes. Then the in person follow up I was only there for around 45 minutes being interviewed with other people.

What is one thing you have had a problem with and how did you resolve it?
It was an easy process with one interviewer. They asked basic questions about previous jobs. It lasted approximately 15 minutes in a windowless room. It was a nice experience that did not last too long
Made us do a video interview. Did not speak to a real person until orientation. Very confusing process to figure out as all communication was through texts with recruiters and via automated emails.
