Interview
It was simple. A phone interview, then interview with the manager. The process took forever though which was exhausting. But it seemed like a good company to work for. I believed in their values. My manager was extremely nice during the whole process even helping me provoke some thought into my answers.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Giant Eagle (Alliance, OH) in May 2016
Interview
The interview went fine, however the manager made sure to let me know about the high turnover rate for crew leaders, and about how they like to hire internally for leadership positions sure to that high turnover rate. The questions were basic, the café where they make you sit for the interview was atrocious, I felt bad for the only customer sitting there. The tables were filthy, and the floor needed swept badly.

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Giant Eagle (Avon, OH) in Sep 2015
Interview
A phone call to weed out idiots and/or spam. This is followed by setting up an appointment for an actual interview with the store manager. The actual interview itself will depend on who you are interviewing with. I left the interview assuming i must have been the most hated candidate for the position. Given the lack of interest, the briefness and overall dismissive nature of my interviewer.
