The interview process for this position was very easy and straight forward. I was asked to come in for a 1 on 1 interview with the hiring front end manager. We went to his office and went over the requirements for the job. I had a job offer after the first meeting.

Quick, easy questions, asked about experience working in customer service, whether or not I was a student, how I felt working during COVID-19, if I lived in or around the area.
