Was interviewed by Hr and Hired right on the spot. The Interview was very impersonal, it was more information about what I would be doing then if the job was the right fit or not. Felt the job as already mine before the actual interview. Later to find I was hired not for the Job applying to but a position that was coming available and not posted. In Fact the position was never posted before I was offered it.

Pretty easy, just a phone interview. Only took me about 8-10 minutes. Then the in person follow up I was only there for around 45 minutes being interviewed with other people.

What is one thing you have had a problem with and how did you resolve it?
It was an easy process with one interviewer. They asked basic questions about previous jobs. It lasted approximately 15 minutes in a windowless room. It was a nice experience that did not last too long
Made us do a video interview. Did not speak to a real person until orientation. Very confusing process to figure out as all communication was through texts with recruiters and via automated emails.
