Online application and a very short interview with the department leader. Based on how desperately they need you they start you. You are given a drug test once hired and training right away.
It waa a Phone interview, with standard interview questions, but the interviewer knew cuts of meat and how best to eat jackfruit! I was impressed with the level of job knowledge.
The interview was over the phone. I submitted an online application. I got a link to do a video interview. I then got an email to do a phone interview.
Find an employee who takes you to the manager's' office. There they'll ask several questions then show you around the receiving area/backroom/ employee lounge. May ask about previous employment.
