Interview
A one on one interview process that took about 45 or so minutes, with the drug screening process and discussing the finer details of the job position. Main focus of the interview was to note the responsibilities and roles of a pharmacy technician and what to expect when working in the pharmacy environment. A key point that I recall asking about was how to approach the later testing process and the type of information that is useful to note when working with other individuals. Whereby, a very helpful piece of advice was making sure to keep records of specific information on pharmacy items and knowing what certain properties medication possess for the best customer service interactions.
