Interview
I never intervened for the position. Someone from a contractor company messaged me on LinkedIn to discuss a position. He called me and after going over my background briefly for 5 minutes he literally offered me the job right over the phone. I ended up meeting him and the rest of the team on my first day of work.
Applied, recruiter scheduled a virtual interview, I completed the interview and had all the qualifications/skills/experience/education. The only thing I can think of is that my salary expectations were "too high". But I wouldn't know because I never heard back from them after 3 attempts to reach out. They couldn't even be bothered to send a rejection, they just completely ghosted me. Extremely unprofessional.
