Interview
Applied online, got a call setting up an interview literally 1 hour later. Interview was easy, basic questions about availability and your past experience with customer service. Person interviewing me made it sound like they didn't need me but that they will give me a chance. Clearly needed me when they called me so soon after applying.

How would you rate your customer service experience?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Giant Eagle (Brook Park, OH) in May 2013
Interview
Phone interview followed up by planned group interview that became an individual interview. Following interview was told that by the end of that week I would hear back from the hiring manager for the location I was applied to. Did not receive a response from them. Followed up in-store asking to speak to the manager about this several times, would never be spoken to. Received an email over two weeks later saying I had been passed over. Very unprofessional and evasive management.
