Interview was informally formal. My boss ensured that I was aware of the tasks I would need to accomplish during a shift and the time requirements. He explained how the flow of the pharmacy works and what a schedule would look like. He gave me a tour and introduced me to individuals.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Giant Eagle (Bengaluru) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview was very smooth
they asked me about my recent project work I did my college?
few questions based on that, later then asked me about my strengths, few behavioral questions like how will handle work before deadline, how will you handle disputes with your coworker and similar questions.
there was an initial screening phone call with recruiter, then an interview with the department manager. There were behavioral questions only as the position wasn't a technical one, so the questions weren't very unexpected.
