It was during an open call interview very basic. It was also very quick with little conversation. I was hired on the spot and invited back the next week to start training.

Filled out application online and met with HR person. I was asked questions about strengths and weaknesses, tell them about a time when I went above and beyond my job position, what motivates you, tell them about a time when you had to work with a difficult person and how did you handle it.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Giant Eagle (Wadsworth, OH) in May 2022

hired through very easy phone interview, lasted less than 10 minutes. would not hire unless i gave a weekend day for availability. provided timeline for hiring and scheduled date and time for orientation.
