Did a phone interview with corporate, then a in-person interview at the store. Very laid back and questions centered around safety and customer service. The phone interview was about an hour and the in person interview was about 30 minutes.

Name a time you had to balance concern for safety with customer service
Easy. Just be yourself. They are looking for someone in a fast-paced environment and that can handle busy rushes. Takes about a week for the interview process. In person interview and then a call back.
The interviewer was relaxed and friendly. I was asked lots of questions about prior work experience. Many required remembering past scenarios and providing details about how I handled the situation.
