Online application process was standard, was contacted by a member of the Gigsmart team to take an assessment. After the assessment I was invited for a phone screen. Completed the phone screen, which went fine, and then....nothing. Weeks have gone by, with attempted follow-ups by me, but with zero response from anyone at Gigsmart. Every stage just took forever. I was contacted on May 19th to take an assessment (which they require you take in 48 hours). I completed the assessment in less than 24 hours and then didn't hear from someone for weeks. After completing the phone screen I, again, just haven't heard anything at all for weeks. At the very least, basic communication would have been appreciated.
