Giga Energy Logistics Manager interview questions

Thank you for this feedback - it's a perfect example of where we went completely off the rails. Seven interviews over three weeks, with one at 9:30pm, is not a rigorous process - it's a disorganized one. We clearly had no agreement internally about who needed to meet you or what we were evaluating, so we just kept adding interviews. That's a waste of your time and incredibly disrespectful of your schedule. Because of feedback like yours, we scrapped that approach entirely. We now have a mandatory 4-step interview process (recruiter screen, hiring manager, focused panel, final decision-maker) that must be completed within 2 weeks, during business hours only. No exceptions. We can't undo the three weeks we took from you, but we're fixing this so it doesn't happen again. Thank you for holding us accountable.
