Question 1
Imagine that it's your first day of work. A bus has arrived late and there are 30 students needing to be checked in for attendance. There is an angry parent wishing to speak to the principal. Your desk phone is ringing and someone just told you there is a dog running loose on campus. How would you deal with the situation?
The principal was fantastic. Although I didn’t have experience in the specific job, he reassured me that he would rather have a person who was dedicated to the job and trainable than someone who had multiple years of experience, but no desire to do the work.
