The process started with 3 interviews. Not a single interviewer was prepared. The hiring manager asked very broad questions about quality then seemed frustrated when I didn't provide him with the very topic-specific information he was asking for. Attempts I made to try and narrow down what he was looking for were unsuccessful, because it didn't really seem like he was sure what he needed to know. The other two folks were equally unprepared which made it waste of time for all involved.
The second round involved more interviews with the first 3 interviewers, who had no questions prepared for me, as well as 5 more people, some of whom asked technical quality questions.
The recruiter told me they'd be making a decision soon, then the next time I hear from them was when I received an email saying they decided to close the position.
I've never experienced an interview process that was such a disorganized waste of time and PTO or that made me feel as disrespected as this one did.
