Interview
first round with hiring manager, second round culture fit, and final round panel interview with a talk and a few 1:1. People are passionate about their work. Great interview experience overall. Did not get the offer though I felt it's a good fit.

Interview
There are three rounds of interviews. The first round is a technical screening, and the second round is a value fitness interview, and the third round has 4 1:1 interviews plus a 45 minutes job talk. The majority of the interviewers were super friendly, and I enjoyed talking to them. However, during my third round of interviews, one of my interviewers started my interview with "sorry I missed your talk today" and even rubbed his face during my interview... I know it was a Friday afternoon. Everyone is busy and tired. But I still felt it was unprofessional to do so. If you did not even attend the whole interview process, how could you have the final say in the results? I felt what this interviewer did was not responsible for the interviewee and the company.
