I interviewed at Ginkgo BioWorks (Boston, MA) in Apr 2020
Interview
Only got as far as the phone interview but everyone was pleasant, not a ton of information on the role itself.
Phone interview with two technical team members, good questions about my past research experience but the team wasn’t very clear about what skills they were looking for so it was hard to highlight what I thought would be relevant
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ginkgo BioWorks in Nov 2021
Interview
Pretty enjoyable. Talking mainly to different scientists and all of them are super nice. They are also super keen in science and they ask really deep and great questions. I was inspired by their questions. Great experience!
