It was a very thorough process. A mix of hypothetical situations ranging from how to handle an emergency or address social issues. Some of questions seemed a little outlandish but where easy to answer for the most part, and some of them required some introspection. The interviewer allowed plenty of time between questions to gather thoughts and give back well collected answers. It was a very relaxed environment.
