The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Girl Scouts USA (Pleasantville, NY) in Oct 2011
Interview
Phone interview with HR... was a bit formal. Got the in-person interview....with HR....and same day interviewed with COO. It was a great interview, about 3 hours long total. I felt comfortable and excited about the future. I was thrilled when i was offered it. The first week was pretty great... second week was decent... 3rd week I started "getting it" and I have been miserable every since. Staff morale is sooo low. Found out everyone was nice in the first few weeks because they would get told how to act, and people have been written up for having questions that aren't phrased properly... basically they seemed happy cause they were afraid.

I don't remember any questions from it.... more of them just explaining the program , job, vision.

Interview
The hiring process was interesting. The interview was one-sided; the interviewer asked two questions and the rest of the time was spent passing along information about the organization. This should have been the first red flag!
