Phone interview then an in-person interview, which took an hour. We had to talk with two people separately and was given two tests (one to measure our skills at noticing details/errors and another was writing a short paragraph for their newsletter). The whole thing was kind of draining. They said they would let me know within a week...didn’t hear back until more than a month later.
