Easy interview but be prepared for scenario questions. The only thing that was a negative for me was I was told I would here back on X day and I never did and was left up in the air for 2 weeks.

Good in communication and very friendly and helpful. The process is not to difficult if you have experience in childcare before. Though with no experience should be fine if good work ethic and you would like to work with them

It was a quick phone interview that lasted probably 30 ish minutes. It was just funny chat about what’s it’s like to be a camp councilor. They asked about why you thought you’d be a good fit and the challenges you believe you may face.
