The process consisted of a phone screening, a 2 hour long in-person interview with 2 rounds of people (Two for an hour, and then three right after for an hour. One person of the three in the second round just ended up not showing. Not very professional.), and then another hour-long interview with an executive weeks later. And in between interviews was absolute radio silence for weeks. They'd give me a date for when they'd contact me next, that date would lapse, I'd wait a few days because we all get busy, and then I'd follow up. This happened every round and the entire process took FOUR MONTHS. At every point, I was told I was "in the running, still" only to be told that they decided to reevaluate what the position needs to be, and then I was ghosted. It was utter chaos. Figure out what your position must be before you waste peoples time for MONTHS. And honestly, just send a courtesy email if they didn't get it instead of saying "you're still in it!" for months, and then radio silence. It would make everyone's life easier.
