Interview
I initially heard from HR, who conducted a brief phone interview with me. I was then asked to come in and take a computer test, where they tested my knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (harder than you think!). I passed that test, so went in the next week to meet with a senior member of the communications team, who asked simple questions about my experience and my interest in the organization.
