Very open, to-the-point, informational, great communication. Very comfortable, not intimidating, interviewer was kind. Flexible, willing to meet over FaceTime when I was away at school. Quick with post-interview exchanges of background checks & decisions.

Interview
I did a Skype interview with my supervisor and it was fairly casual. No one is expecting you to put on a suit and tie, but looking nice always helps (at least with confidence). Typical interview questions for the most part (strengths, weaknesses, etc.) but specific questions about the camp and being a Girl Scout came up. My supervisor was very energetic and responded well to positivity.
