Had a phone interview with an employee-- lasted about 30 minutes. Then was invited for an in-person interview that included two people. Some of the questions involved "what would you do in this situation?" and then present a challenging volunteer situation.

Then two video interviews, one part was in Spanish even though there was no mention of pay increase for speaking Spanish.
I feel like I interviewed with 6 or 7 people.
