The interview process was overall solid and went well, they had me meet with 6 people within 2 weeks, including the CEO, only to completely ghost me after that. I followed up, they told me that I was a top runner but that they needed another 3-4 weeks to make a decision. I think that's an incredibly disrespectful way to treat a candidate, especially considering their mission. I was then ghosted after that, they never followed up. I moved on and found another job, but once I saw other recent reviews with others who went through the same thing, it seems like this lack of professionalism and respect for their candidates is endemic in the organization.
