The interview lasted approximately one hour. They ran through a two page list of pre-formatted questions pertaining to conflict management, career goals and personal/work related attributes. Very interested in candidates familiar with the Girl Scout organization and any training in that venue is helpful. If you choose to accept any employment with Girl Scouts USA, you must give up any and all volunteer positions if you currently are a Troop Leader, co-leader, patrol level leader, etc. Mileage is reimbursed if your job requires travel.

My phone interview was excellent and I was nervous but excited to go in, but I don't think that the interviewers weren't as good as the woman I spoke to over the phone.
