      Small panel that provided a lot of information about the organization. Answered all my questions. Shared information about the mission and provided benefit information. Interview took place on time and was efficient.

      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Girl Scouts USA

      Interview

      Interview process included four interviews: by phone, group interview, panel interview, then a final interview with the HR director and CEO. All of my references were contacted. They also required a background check, drug test, and school transcripts. The entire process took about 2.5 months.

      During the group interview each candidate was given a scenario to work with and only three minutes to come up with a solution. We were also asked very specific questions regarding the GS Law, Promise, Motto, and company mission statement.
