After submitting an application online, I was contacted via email to set up an interview. Face to face interviews were preferred, but I was away at college and applying for a camp counselor position in my hometown, so we scheduled a phone interview. The interview questions were mostly about prior experiences working with children and how you would respond to hypothetical situations that could come up while working at a camp.

      Question 1

How would you respond if a camper in your unit was being bullied?
