Interview
Company HR call me for HTML Developer position and ask my current CTC and expected CTC. Then Scheduled my interview process. After completion of interview process (Telephonic, assignment, F2F) they told our budget not matched to your expected CTC and offered much below my current one.
My simple Question if you don’t have enough budget, then all these interview processes are totally time waste for me.
So my personally suggestion to all experience guys if you have call from this company, first discuss about salary package clearly.
