Interview was scheduled by Consultancy and it took around a month or 2 on getting final decision.All the rounds were telephonic 1. First Round - Was general discussion, where background, current profile and past profile was discussed, along with few deep diving session on the projects i worked on.Along with an assignment which was given for completion. 2.Second Round - Same repeat about the first round, discussion on assignments and somewhat of stress interview on the situation i been put into Post that HR was very keen on closing the position the same day, after first 2 rounds, during salary negotiations the expectations were not matching. So third round was scheduled with Product Head 3.Third Round - Last for 10min max, no discussion related to assignment a cube color puzzle, and thats it. Got offered from Cardekho, a mere 10-15% hike on my current CTC. Negotiated with HR on the same and she was suppose to get back in a 2-3 days. a reminder mail was sent, post that after a week or 2. I got a mail from Cardekho that they cant go ahead with the package am expect. Overall it was a good experience with the Product team, but HR took long time in taking decision or conveying decisions.
