The full process took approximately three months, including a post-offer verification stage that lasted about one month.
During verification, I was asked to provide multiple documents over time, with additional requests following previous submissions. The process felt prolonged and unclear, which made it very stressful and difficult to manage.
I ultimately received an offer, but it was later withdrawn due to an omission of a previous role on my CV. This was unintentional and happened because I had submitted an outdated version. By this point, I had already made significant personal and professional decisions based on the offer.
The situation was made more difficult by the overall impact on my well-being during the process, including ongoing stress and loss of sleep. Additionally, I was informed that I would not be eligible to reapply for a period of time, which added to the frustration given the circumstances.
I respect the company’s products and standards, but the verification and post-offer process felt excessively rigid and lacking in transparency. Improving communication, consistency, and timelines would significantly improve the candidate experience.
Candidates should ensure all documents are fully up to date and seek clarification early regarding verification requirements.
