1st step - recruiter zoom call
2nd step - hiring manager
3rd step - technical assessment - made it here
4th step - technical interview
5th step - culture interview
6th step - final HR call
(and they used to have an additional diversity interview as well)
All in all, everyone was friendly although I ended up accepting an offer at a company that only had two steps. The technical assessment was lengthy and took me 10+ hours which was a waste of time. Unfortunately the take-homes are sent over to the team anonymized which means if you build rapport with hiring manger or other team members it wont matter unless your take-home is perfect.
