A recruiter reached out two days after I applied. We spoke using a zoom video call which she didn't highlight in the email communication as all other interviews I have been doing have been over the phone. So, I had to arrange a laptop and download zoom quickly. I wish the recruiter had highlighted that I needed to download zoom. The recruiter asked canned questions, had a hard stop, and didn't relate much. I was rejected after the screening round, but the recruiter didn't really make an attempt to understand my profile much. It was a rushed interview.
